Delivery Fees
- Delivered by Courier or Ifresh Fleet vehicle
- Free delivery for orders over $500 [Sydney Metro only]
- $35 fee for orders under $500
- Interstate deliveries may incur additional fees
Returns & Issues
- Report any product concerns within 24 hours of delivery
- Include photos and your order number
- We’ll arrange a refund, credit or replacement
We can’t accept returns on:
- Fresh/perishable goods
- Opened or used items
- Clearance or promo items
Incorrect Orders & Cancellations
If an item was ordered incorrectly and needs to be returned and swapped:
- A $35 restocking and redelivery fee will apply
- We’ll collect the incorrect item and deliver the correct one
